Welcome to STEMatics Academy! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our tutoring services, website, digital content, and other offerings (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Eligibility to Use the Services

3. Your Limited Right to Use the Services and STEMatics Academy Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, STEMatics Academy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and Content solely for your personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use or exploitation of the Services or Content may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

16. Disputes; Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Illinois. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

18. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. STEMatics Academy may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.

19. Entire Agreement; Severability; No Waiver

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and STEMatics Academy regarding your use of the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
